We only refund for mistakes in orders, not because of a customer's feelings about their received product. We will only refund your money if you can prove to us that your product was damaged, or that we sent the wrong size or edition of your product than the one you ordered. We do NOT refund because you aren't comfortable with the order you received, under any circumstances. There are always key descriptions under each product on our website, as well as recommendations.
